Unlike traditional banks we don't get hung up on your past credit history. You will need to provide an explanation of any past problems. However we are more interested in your future plans and how you intend to afford our repayments. With a satisfactory explanation we can consider clients with:

- Mortgage arrears
- Poor credit history
You will find our aim is always to be flexible in our approach and to avoid hard and fast rules which fail to treat clients as individuals. Each application will be judged on its merits.
